By using Ruminator (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of startup ideas, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Reports are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies. Verify important information before making business decisions. The Service does not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice.

Do not use the Service for illegal activity, abuse, scraping, security attacks, or anything that harms the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

The Service, including its software, branding, and website content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it except as allowed by these Terms.

Because our service provides digital content immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once purchased credits have been used.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the service from functioning as intended, please contact us at contact@ruminator.app. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and may issue a refund or restore credits at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store payment card information. Applicable taxes may be added where required. By purchasing, you authorize the charges shown at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
